"What a wonderful way to experience Palm Island! We truly couldn't have been closer to the breathtaking sunset views. Luxurious white sand, millions of seashells, manatees and wildlife just right outside the condo. The heated shower out by the beach with such a cool feature, especially for our sandy little toddler. Everything was clean, modern, and in working order. Note that there are a ton of steps, as we knew going into it! Diane was extremely forthcoming about the pool being under construction. She was responsive and friendly. Instructions were clear, with plenty of local references provided."

"Talk about an idyllic place and location! It was my first time on the island (mother/daughter get-a-way) and we were THRILLED with everything we experienced. Loved the screened in porch, cool air conditioning in side, well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds - such a cute, charming and relaxing place to stay! Michelle was quick to respond and we found so much helpful information on the refrigerator and in a book on the table. While there, we talked often of coming back - both to the island and to THIS place. "

"What a dream! I was initially worried about the pool being closed, but it was not even a noticeable thing to miss when we were on the island! We rented the golf cart to explore and get ice cream at the local shop! Played hours of pickleball and never missed a sunset! My young kids loved how shallow the water was to be able to play - we also loved shelling all day and just relaxing together. The set up with the lagoon on one side and ocean views on the other was incredible. Forever grateful for our time on the island! Diane was an incredible host and made staying on the property so easy. Well stocked with everything we could need and want. Uncluttered with whitewashed wood and a great mix of beach themed art and decor. "The host was amazing! The private beach access was incredible!!! But please do know that the marina is not kept up well, and the pool is closed. I do not see it reopening anytime soon. However, the marina was amazing with some special manatee visitors. Once we figured out the beach access, the pool access did not matter anymore. The beach was one of the prettiest beaches we have visited in the US. We hope to come back every year!"

"This was a fantastic rental, spacious, bright and airy with views from every room, located on quiet beach, the grandkids had a blast, the house, the kitchen, the bathrooms had all the items you may dream or wish for, even an Italian espresso-cappuccino machine among other different types of coffee machine plus the perfect coffee beans!! Did I mention the beach toys including kayaks, paddle board and bikes to tour the island and if you choose a golf cart. A great place, wonderful week and special memories to be made.We have rented many places but this was extra special. Our host Patrick and his family were just so helpful and kind! Thank you "
