"This was my 3rd time visiting LGI. This house and property is by far the best one I’ve stayed at. It’s private, secluded, and stunning. This also might be the shortest walk from dock to beach house on the island. We found a ton of sharks teeth and even a crocodile tooth while strolling the beach. World class fishing, exquisite sandbars and only a short boat ride from Boca Grande. We will definitely be back for more!"

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Boat House. The house had everything that we needed, and the host was so thoughtful and very informative. The fishing off of the dock was phenomenal. The short trek to the beach was easy and the water was absolutely beautiful."
