"We loved everything about our vacation here! The house was clean and perfect for our family of 7. The kayaks, and paddle board were a bonus. We saw a baby dolphin and her mother in the lagoon and were able to get close to them using the paddle board. We found hundreds of sharks teeth on the beach during our week stay and beautiful shells as well. There also was a wagon which was a big help bringing kids toys and beach chairs back and forth to the beach. The beach was not crowded and we often felt like we were on our own private beach. Because of the way the house is situated looking over the tennis courts, you are able to see the beach and gulf out the front of the house and the lagoon out the back of the house! We were fortunate to meet the host Diane who is a lovely person and very accommodating. We are already booked for next year! Can’t wait to return !!!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO rental and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The bathrooms were also immaculate and thoughtfully supplied with soap, shampoo, and conditioner.One of our absolute favorite features was the screened-in porch—we loved enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner out there every single day. The pool was warm, sparkling clean, and had plenty of shade, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We also really appreciated the extra amenities, including two bikes and kayaks. It was so fun and convenient to bike to the beach, which was only about five minutes away!If you plan to bring beach chairs or umbrellas, we highly recommend renting a golf cart to make trips to the beach even easier. The owners were fantastic—very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. :)Overall, we had an amazing time and made so many great memories. We can’t wait to come back again one day!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palm Island itself is a gem!!! We have been to this resort about a dozen times. The staff is responsive and willing to help. However this unit is something else. The location made up for the issues we had. The villa is very cluttered, outdated and didn't feel very clean. Kitchen poorly stocked making it difficult to cook. The ocean front was amazing and made up for the villa. Hopefully the owner of this property takes things seriously as this could be an amazing villa in the future. The resort was helpful and took our concerns serious."

"The condo was very nice with a beautiful view and nice proximity to the pool and resort service was really great. However 3 days during the week were truly terrible as workers were banging, sawing and playing very loud music starting at 8:30AM until 4PM right under us. We couldn't rest or keep the sliding doors to the deck open. We had to literally leave it was so bad. We understand what the island and resort have been through but this should have been disclosed. This could have been planned between renters. "
