There's tons of space for everyone and the vibe of the house was really relaxed which was perfect for our group. We would definitely rent it again if we ever come back in Boca Grande."

"We had an amazing stay at this Boca Grande rental. The home is beautifully decorated with a relaxed coastal feel, and the artwork throughout really makes it special.Everything was incredibly comfortable, especially the living spaces and beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed with another family (four adults and four kids), and the layout worked perfectly for everyone.The boat slip was a great bonus and very easy to use. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the owner was excellent.We would absolutely stay here again! Such a great find in Boca Grande."

"There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! "

"The house had a lot of extras making it super comfy and easy to stay in. The proximity to the beach was wonderful.We were surprised that it looked like some of the guests before us did not take good care of some of the amenities, like the beach gear (snorkels and masks, in particular) Maybe a sign or two about rinsing gear and hanging thigs back up would be good as it could be that people new to beach gear might not know how to care for it. We would recommend this home to anyone needing a beach escape."

"The public beach is not close so prepared to ride in car, rent golf cart or ride bikes. The pool is noisy but clean and well kept. There is a sandbar on the back of the property."

"The outside shower was just a drizzle of water. Golf cart was extremely hard to steer. The very top deck had a super flimsy railing.The pictures online were accurate for the inside of the house. Not so much the outside."
