"If you want to feel like you are renting a room in the projects, where the linens have blood stain, cobwebs in the room, broken toilet and dirty shower then this is the place for you. Did I also mention that their security system does not work, so basically the cameras are there as props. Please go somewhere else if you are looking for simple decency. "

"The building and premises were clean. The morning breakfast was great for a quick bite to eat. The room we stayed in was a king bed. The only thing i can say is the bed was very firm, im not used to sleeping on that style mattress. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. It was close to a publics and other amenities. "

"Absolutely beautiful home. Very comfortable. Quiet. I needed some time to reflect & finally relax after my dad’s passing. Exact home away from home vibe I was going for.The pool allowed me to cross something off my bucket list, a COLD PLUNGE! And we did ride over to Venice beach for supper. It rained most of the time, but, we needed a “real“ rest. Everything needed shop wise, was just a short drive. We didn’t get to Mineral Springs & hope to return soon with my husband & dogs this time…thanks a bunch Lilia "

"Great house with quiet neighbors and close to everything for all the ages! Everything in perfect working condition and plenty of dishes. Please bring your own water because not the best drinking and cooking water in the area. Hosts were very responsive and nice and pleasant and provided with phone numbers when we got there. Good recommendation for sunset view. We did found the ice cream place that not on the list of recommended places to go but was homemade and sooo good and very cheap Sweet Scoops very close by and Little Brooklyn cafe with great homemade food and very cheap! "
