"The renters was very nice but the amenities, the couch, the cookware, and the place just wasn’t very clean. We had spider ants on the kitchen countertop which we dealt with. We asked for a new couch because the one that was there was totally broke down. They brought us a marketplace replacement couch which wasn’t much better. The cookware was not even usable. We stayed for 2 months and this stuff is pretty important when staying that long. The washer and dryer was good and they had heat also which was good because it got cold for about 3 weeks. The location was near the highway and it was very noisy with the traffic. Often woke me up in the middle of the night. We left 4 days early because the neighbor opened his sewer and it smelled like crap. Our stay was okay at best. They were nice people but they need to do some things differently especially with long stay renters. "

"The house was absolutely amazing. There was only 3 of us staying, but it definitely would’ve been big enough for a few other couples or families. The pool was perfect, nice and clean. The house was clean and spacious. Will definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Florida! Arno, the host was always available to answer any we had any questions as well."

"This is a nice location. When we got to the location the hot tub was not working but Vacasa was amazing with customer services. There a few things that need worked on at this location. The pool was not clean, the shower heads need replaced, some of the lights were difficult to turn on and off due to missing knobs. One room had zero racks in the closet to hang any items. Our stay was durning a very cold time in Florida, we tired to turn on the heat, but had to turn it off due to a burning smell. Carlos and Yvette were amazing at working to get a refund for the non-working amenities. Overall, this is a clean and pretty location when things work. "

"We spent a month at this home and found it to be extremely clean, welcoming, and very beautiful. The furniture is comfortable and the pool and hot tub were very enjoyable! Most amenities were provided in abundance. The hosts were extremely responsive and very, very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area."
