Thanks for your feedback and I am sorry that some aspects did not meet your expectations. The ceiling has some patches as we have very recently installed brand new LED lights and Air Conditioners to the entire motel. As we are a very small establishment we have to wait until non-peak time to re-paint all the ceilings, but hopefully you enjoyed the brand new lighting and Air Conditioners in the meantime. We are glad that you found our new beds to be comfortable, clean and fresh and we look forward to your next stay.

The water in the tap in each room is absolutely safe for drinking. However we have taken your feedback on board and we intend to make bottled water available through our mini bar.

We are very sorry about your experience and please accept our sincerest apology. We take these matters very seriously and this is the first time this has happened since we have owned the premises in over 4 years. Unfortunately rodent numbers are in greater numbers at the moment in many regional and city areas. We have taken additional measures to prevent this occurring in the future.

It is a shame you didn't make contact with us during your stay as we would have been more than happy to provide you with fresh towels and make up your room. This service is free of charge upon request as stated in our room compendium provided in each room.

Port Albert is an interesting little town that can be very quiet & serene one day and a bustling hive of activity the next day with festivals and other fun activities happening. Thanks for taking the time to review our Motel and we are glad you enjoyed your stay.
