"Staff was accommodating and available. Communicated well beforehand. Check in and check out was a breeze. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast simple but fresh. Beautiful view. Room wasn’t fancy - towels were more like light blankets . Town was authentic. One restaurant open and it was delicious. It was just a short overnight stay but really enjoyed it! "

"This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk. I think the only possible issue was the very steep stairs that might not be good for older guests or young children. All said, we’ll definitely be back again."

"I came during off season and they graciously upgraded me to the balcony view, it was absolutely worth it! the view is amazing and I could watch the sunset. Also gave me lots of information on food, transportation, how to walk to the neighboring cities etc. I would definitely stay here again!!"
