"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"This hotel is in a wonderful location if you're planning on seeing Cinque Terre. The rooms are nice and updated, staff are lovely and the breakfast is wonderful! Set in the mountains with massive trees and beautiful surroundings, but only a 20 minute drive to the coastline. Parking is easy and included. You won't lose out by staying here. Hotel Abetaia is a winner. "

"First of all, the host Renata is wonderful. She treated us like family and was quick to answer any questions we had. The property is a short walk about 10-15 min. from the central train station or a block from the No 3 bus stop. It is also close to a local grocery store and a couple of good restaurants. Renata helped us navigate the city, making us a reservation at her favorite place, and driving us to and from the train station. "
