"Lovely hotel in perfect position on the quayside. Own swimming pool. Excellent personnell in reception and in the restaurant. Unusual colourful mosaic tiling throughout the hotel, even in the bedrooms. The sound of toys and hoovers on the tiles in the room above will wake you in the morning at 07.00 so ask for a room on the second floor. "We loved the property. The cave room was gorgeous and Loris at the front desk was so helpful! Highly recommend this property for its location and its service. The shared deck over the plaza was a surprise and quickly became our afternoon hang out while the crowds were the most dense."

"The location of the hotel is spot on. The staffs are super accommodating and helpful. We stayed for a day only though we were booked for two days. If not for the unpredictability of the trains' schedules, we would have stayed the full two days so we could enjoy La Spezia to the fullest. Other than that, the accommodation was super and so reasonably priced. "

"I like that there was a balcony to give an option for an outdoor space. Gianluca was an excellent communicator. He responded quickly to questions. He suggested ways to receive discounts.
