"The house is really beautiful and perfect for one or two families. There is a spacious front yard with many children toys both in house and garden. We stayed for a week and explored Normandy. Most of the places we visited (Le Havre, Honfleur, Deauville, Etretat, Rouen, etc.) are reachable in less than an hour. We haven't met the owners, but we contacted them several times and there were very nice and helpful. The check in and out went very smooth. I would definitely recommend this property."

"We were welcomed by Catalin on arrival and shown around the beautiful property. Nothing was too much trouble to explain and Catalin was very thorough and helpful highlighting places to visit. The house was spotless and has all the amenities a family would need. The location was very relaxing and we enjoyed walks to the village and around the local area. The location is also perfect for day trips to the coast / beach - we visited Trouville, Cabourg and Merville-Franceville which were all lovely....

"Our family of five spent two nights at this unique and fun property. The multilevel home with a central spiral staircase was a fun experience that allowed each family member to sleep on their own “floor”/level. Location could not have been better as we were within a very short walk to restaurants, bakeries and grocery store. Parking was a bit tricky but we managed to find a spot rather close by and left our car there during our entire stay. The only thing that was lacking was a washer and dryer...

"We had a wonderful fortnight's stay in this GITE which is set in a peaceful hidden location about 20minutes inland from Honfleur. The swimming pool was a great hit with everyone particularly the children. It was warm and clean and not too deep and had a shallow area for the youngest. The GITE is very old and it felt like we were living in a gentler less harassed time. Having said that the Internet was slow but worked and the T V had Netflix. Kitchen was well equipped for a holiday and the 2...

"Everything is great. The only problem: There are 2 hotels with the same name, Odalys, and they are about 500 meters apart. I went to the wrong one. Parking is a little tricky if you arrive at night because it is difficult to know and see where the paid parking lots are. Once you are there, it is a GREAT place to stay."

Great location near railway station and bus terminal, docklands and marina, sea, and shops, with the main sights within walking distance. Laundry facilities on the ground floor. Responsive staff. "The complex is perfectly situated and is an easy walk to Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer and the restaurants of both. The decor of the property exterior was looking a little tired but contractors were on site and repainting those areas. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The pool is heated and both inside and outside aspects allowed swimming throughout our stay. Definitely a venue we will visit again as the area has everything."
