The all on a raised ground of 500 m2. 45 minutes from the Normandy coast, 12 minutes from the Abbaye du Bec Hellouin, 25 minutes from the battlefield castle, 25 minutes from the basilica of Lisieux, 45 minutes from Rouen, 15 minutes from the Bernay train station (Paris line, Bernay) 10min from the 28 and full of stroll on the various greenways of the sector and the small village nearby

Perfect and peaceful
Amazing house we stayed 2 nights on way back home it was amazing to relax after a long drive supermarket just 10 mins away and bike riding is good as it’s all flat for the young kids realy happy and will be booking again for next year

Bel endroit mais le spa était défectueux
La maison était vraiment belle et le quartier très calme, mais nous avons eu beaucoup de problèmes avec le spa à remous. Ce n'était pas propre: nous y avons trouvé de l'herbe et des cheveux humains, appartenant probablement aux invités précédents. Il est dit «Nettoyé avec un désinfectant» sur le site Web, mais clairement le propriétaire ne l’a pas fait; pendant la pandémie de Covid-19, il semble être irresponsable. Le spa à remous était défectueux: seulement 20 degrés. Comme le spa à remous était la principale raison de réserver cet endroit, nous avons été très déçus. Nous avions deux enfants avec nous, alors nous sommes allés au supermarché et avons acheté notre propre piscine. Nous avons demandé à Donatien, le propriétaire, un remboursement partiel car nous n’avons pas obtenu ce que nous avons payé. Non seulement il ne nous a pas remboursé, mais il nous a également accusés de plusieurs choses que, selon lui, nous devrions faire et nous ne l'avons pas fait. Voici un message que nous avons reçu de lui: “concernant la maison j'ai pu remarquer plusieurs anomalies, le ménage non fait à l'êtage, les différentes poubelles non vidées, les traces de crayons rouges sur les meubles de cuisine, de salle de bain et sur les sols à letage' un problème sur le mouseur du robinet de la cuisine, le lave-vaisselle non vidé, le fil du bagbidton coupé”. Où que vous alliez, il ne vous est jamais demandé (ni attendu) de nettoyer complètement l'endroit avant de partir. Eh bien, Donatien, le propriétaire a des politiques différentes et ses propres règles. Nous avons passé quelques heures à nettoyer la maison avant de partir, nous avons vidé la poubelle et le lave-vaisselle. Nous n'avons laissé dans la poubelle que quelques petites choses, dans le lave-vaisselle nous n'avons laissé que quelques verres car nos enfants voulaient un verre avant un long voyage. Le filtre du robinet de la cuisine a commencé à fuir pendant notre séjour mais, selon Donatien, c'était aussi notre faute. Par conséquent, si vous y allez, assurez-vous de bien nettoyer la maison avant de partir, sinon vous pourriez avoir des problèmes. "Enregistrement et départ sans contact de personne à personne" n'existe pas. Encore une chose: si vous voulez regarder la télé le soir, ouvrez toutes les fenêtres ou apportez un désodorisant; chaque nuit, vous sentirez des tuyaux de puisards (toilettes) - c'est insupportable. A part ça, c'était génial!

Un sejour en campagne parfait avec tout le confort.
Tres bon séjour avec des aménagements plus que sympathiques pour passer d agreables moments en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande ce sejour aux amateurs de tranquillité mais qui aiment profiter car Donatien a tout prévu pour vous distraire et vous detendre .

Petit week-end au calme, belle location, bien équipée, beau jardin, propriétaire accueillant et très gentil Notre déception c’est le spa qui n’était chaud que pour notre dernière matinée Attention a l’escalier un peu raide si vous avez de très jeunes enfants également
