Rooms were very clean. Staff was great and very friendly. The mattresses were extremely firm and uncomfortable. The room was extremely hot even though the thermostat was turned down all the way. The ACs in the windows aren't hooked up and don't work. With both windows open, the temperature was okay.

There is limited parking at this location. Not enough for the size of the motel. The lobby is open only certain hours. If you lose you key card or it deactivated you have to call a number to get someone back in the lobby to get a new key. This made the staff very upset. The motel was sold out so you think there would be someone in the lobby at all times The pool was closed and was not operating. There was no breakfast service as stated when I booked the room. The rooms are dated and the beds are the worst. They are very hard. The room had a fridge and stove and are big and spacious. The staff was calling me wanting to know when I was checking in because the lobby was closing. I told them I didn’t have a specific time I was getting there and I would be there when I get there. When I got there the staff was not the friendliest. Don’t recommend staying there

Nice Spacious room but the beds are terrible, hard & uncomfortable. Woke up sore & stiff all 3 mornings. Prefer to be able to access a Pop/Vending machine any time not just between 7:30-8pm.

I stayed here for1 night, the rooms were clean. The carpets a bit stained. A microwave would be nice. The pool wasnt available. Other than that good. I would stay here again.

The beds are definitely firm, not uncomfortable, but firm. Front desk very pleasant and helpful. Avoid Room 213, if possible, it is above the boiler room, and was uncomfortably warm. All in all, clean and quiet, will book again

There is a a manager on site 24 hours a day and we would be happy to have gotten a shower curtain to you. Hope that when you come back we are able to able to make your stay a pleasant one.

The staff were excellent and very easy to deal with. The property is good for a budget motel. Fireplaces in every room and a kitchenette made for a nice atmosphere. The sheets, tissues etc. were a bit scratchy but it does say budget in the title so I guess it is to be expected. No overwhelming chemical smells which was nice. Felt very safe and convenient to the grocery store and eating establishments. Would book again.

Clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Like the fireplace. Didn’t like the the roadway into hotel. 3 properties all blocked off by barriers, was hard to find correct entrance in the dark. Would stay again when needed.

I didn't like that the front lobby is closed by 8pm...It was a race getting there in time...i couldn't do the 2 quick stops i had planned to do prior to check in.

It's clean, easy to access, inexpensive, staff is pleasant. Don't like the lobby being only open 7 a.m. to 8.pm. No breakfast offered and pool closed since covid 19.

Thank you for your review. Based on a yearly average the lobby hours are based on need. There is staff on site 24 hours a day so most issues can be resolved right away all you need to do is call the hotel. The breakfast closed permanently here in 2021 and is no longer advertised for this location. The pool is closed until further notice. there is a public Aqua center in town with a pool , hot tub and Sauna available at very reasonable prices.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice, helpful and kind. We got early check-in and they were very accommodating for our needs. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Only down side was that the beds were a bit hard. The price was great for a nice stay

Pool not open, no continental breakfast though advertised. Confirmation email quoted different price than charged. Lobby limited hours, bare bones staff. Covid is over, though still excuse. No coffee in rooms. Shall I go on.

Thank you for your review, Sorry the pool is closed until further notice. A tough decision was made to not reopen continental breakfast at this location. all advertising on the building has been removed. The lobby hours when we have physical person working the front are from 7 AM -8 PM , but there is a resident manger available 24 hours a day and they are just a phone call away. When you booked your room through Expedia you were given a price and that is what would have been charged.
