"When you arrive, the staff is very courteous. They made the check-in process very easy. When we got to the room, it was very clean and spacious. The checkout process was very easy because they sent you a link and once you click the link, you can choose to check out at the moment or at your checkout time. We didn’t get to experience the rooftop bar since it was a Sunday, but there was a private event. The room we stayed in was right next to the elevator and stairs and the ice machine so that was not a great experience. I had to place a towel at the bottom of the door due to the fact that there was a large gap between the door and the floor. But other than that, it was a good place to stay."

"Excellent service "

"Easy check in . Glad to have parking and a shuttle to get us to Disney . Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything needed to eat in. Water pressure in bath was not so good and just warm water but guess it’s to be expected as it is hotel and I was upstairs . Decent breakfast which was also a plus as there were 13 of us ! "
