Francesca answered every e-mail within a few minutes. The office is a 15 minute walk from the property and she walked us down there and showed us the unit. "The apartment suited the five of us very well. I especially liked the location, as it was near the action but still quiet. Very clean and comfortable, good beds. "

"Comfortable bed, lots of stairs, small elevator. Room was nice and spacious. Shower was small and I kept bumping the valve as I was showering, bathroom was large. There was a nice large patio. Internet worked good but went out late at night the first night I was there. The door took a minute to figure out when I first checked In."

"This place is really a good place however it is very falsely advertised. The place is not “within easy reach to the Colosseum” as stated. In order for one to get to the tourist things in Rome such as Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc. an Uber or Taxi is a must! And it adds up at lease 28 € each way (or more depending on time of day). "We stayed here to explore Rome, as a family of four, two adults 11 year old and 6 year old, the apartment was spotless with everything we needed, beds comfortable and staff so friendly. Walking distance to so many of the top tourist sites. We couldn’t have asked for more, even the terrace was beautiful to sit and play cards in the evening. We will definately be back! "

"The central location was perfect for walking to all the sights we wanted to see - the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican and Colosseum. Quite noisy on the Friday night with a party going on in the apartment opposite, but this wouldn't be a problem in colder weather with the door closed."

"Property was behind a very busy and high class restaurant. You will need to walk pass restaurant to see the apartment building. Checking in was easy and fast. There is a 24hour guard on duty for you to access in/out of building so it’s very safe. However, guard does not speak any English when I have a question to ask on check out time and if I could leave luggage somewhere in the building after check out. no other way to speak to anyone else. Fortunately the owner of apartment came at check out...

"Perfect everything, clean, location, updated and would absolutely be back to stay at this property. great communication, pure delight!! maybe a little counter space in bathroom would be an upgrade, but found the window sills useful for two guys, maybe different for women. A experience overall!"

"We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. "
