Take a stroll along the ancient walls of Alcudia or try some tasty tapas in Pollensa square. Both towns, steeped in history are worth a visit!
At Villa Mares, a light and airy open plan living area offers comfortable seating, dining facilities and doors to the covered poolside terrace. The modern fitted kitchen includes all the appliances you would expect from a villa of this quality including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, oven and hob. There is also a door directly from the kitchen to the garden terrace and a walk-in pantry, as well as a utility room with a washing machine.  Off the living area there are two twin bedrooms that share an adjacent shower room.
The first floor hosts the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. There is a large balcony and terrace perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the fabulous countryside. The outside grounds have been well designed; firstly by offering an impressive 10m infinity swimming pool with corner steps, this is surrounded by a spacious and well-furnished sun terrace with reclining loungers and pretty planted borders and lawns. To one end of the pool is the BBQ casita with a wide covered dining terrace for idyllic summer lunches and relaxing starlight dinners.
