VILLA STEMMED provides an escape to the country and a home away from home with all the welcoming space to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or a cuppa overlooking the beautiful Hunter Valley and Broken Back Mountains.
We pay attention to little details from rain shower heads in all showers, bath tub tray across the bathtub to make it easy to chill out in the bath with a glass of wine and good read (we even have some you can borrow), olive oil, coffee, tea and milk available, chilled water in the refrigerator upon arrival, fully stocked kitchen and beds will be configuration per your request. We even have a knife sharpener! Fully maintained villa that can accomodate up to six people.
VILLA STEMLESS can also be booked, which is in same complex with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen. Check to see about availability. Ask about other specials.

Great Stay!

Communication with Heather was smooth and we received quick responses. The accommodation was comfortable and a great central location to all the wineries and other tourist spots. All the furniture, linen and kitchen/dining items were all modern and well looked after. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable

The home was very well furnished with lovely touches like muesli and bath salts. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location had 3 pools to choose from which was great for our family. There was a little glitch at the end with the lock and Heather was very helpful in sorting it out. Would recommend for a family or couples.

Beautiful peaceful accommodation in the heart of wine country

A lovely property fully equipped with everything you need . All the little things you might need are there . It was very clean comfortable and tranquil . You will enjoy staying here.

Great break from the city

Photos do not do this villa justice. Views were amazing, so quiet and convenient to some great vineyards. We will be back!

Perfect wine country

Villa felt very private but not distant. Felt safe. Perfect spot for wine and or golf. Rooms were large, beds comfy, water pressure great. Love a dishwasher on holiday too. Nice little outside furniture to enjoy afternoon breeze. Comfy couch for reading. Lovely weekend.
