An elegant two-story home offers 4 spacious bedroom, accommodating up to 8 guests. The 3 bathrooms complete the package. A perfect place for a relaxing getaway with friends or extended family. Offering separate living area, an outdoor area with a BBQ, laundry facilities, wifi, Netflix and ducted air conditioning. Walking distance to Bimbadgen for concerts.

Furry Friends are welcome to enjoy your holiday with you as well but please note,dogs are to remain off furniture, bedding and carpeted areas at all times. Also note this property is not securely fenced for dogs but perfect for your family member who stays close to your side.

Linen Supplied - This property supplies all linen - full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. For properties with a pool, guests are to supply their own pool towel.

Pool is opened 365 days! Pool & Beach Towels are BYO.

Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.
All reservations operate under a strict No-Party & excessive noise policy as this property is in a residential area. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy.

Pools: If the property has a Swimming Pool then it will be open for swimming for the September NSW School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays has completed.

Fires and Firewood : If the property has a Wood fireplace or Firepit then firewood will be provided after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays has commenced.

Guest Registration : Before guests are able to access the property, we will require an online ID check (scan drivers license) and also a visual Credit Check (scan credit card). The names on the ID and CC must match the name of the guest. The Guest Registration Document that we ask the guest to sign is a PCI compliant, encrypted and totally secure and trusted process, now used by 75,000 guests. This process is consistent and similar to what Hotels require for for ID prior to allowing access to a room.

Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021.

Great space!
We were a group of 3 couples with babies, and the space suited us perfectly. Lots of space for each family. Great kitchen and BBQ. Easy drive to the local wineries.

Location and space
Really great location within the Hunter Valley. Only a 5-10 minute drive from all the great attractions. The house provides plenty of space and is quite modern. There were a few maintenance issues at the house but I assume it’s been a busy period and they haven’t had time yet. Really great family holiday! The staff were friendly with all my questions and the place was very clean. Great facilities as there was a bbq and coffee machine! There’s access to a resort pool which was fantastic! Really loved our stay!
