"This is a very nice place with an excellent location right on the beach. With doors facing the outdoors, you are subject to a little less civilized behavior if people nearby are loud. We experienced that one late night. I am very happy for the cost, which was reasonable"

"I've stayed here a couple times. The property is safe, I travel alone most of the time. It's clean, located close to the beach, Brick, Toms River, Wall, and Freehold. I would definitely stay here again."

"I'm not sure why the property gets only 3.8 rating. I was pleasantly surprised by the way the room looked. Yes the building is old but it has been updated. If you want a nit pic the drains were slow, the door was drafty and the pillows were lumpy and hard."
