"We arrived 4 hours before check in(after driving 16 hours. No rooms were ready for early check in. Paid for pur stay at that time to guarantee our 4pm check in and gave us a card for parking. Was then told I had to pay $50 per night for parking(extra $100 not accounted for). Went to check out the attractions and do a few things before our room was ready. Got back to the hotel at 530. Waited about 15 minutes to find out our room was still not ready when at noon after taking my full payment to ensure the room would be ready. It was not. They did have other rooms but I would have to pay an extra $60 per night. Our room was not ready as it should have been I should not have to pay the extra. We decided to go for supper. Got back to the hotel at 8:30. Still a huge line. Went to concierge, he was so helpful! Got us the key for our room. Got to the room. It had not been cleaned. There was stuff on the floor, there was gum on the night stand. Beds were made but I always look at the sheets. 1 bed had black dirt on the sheets the other bed was filthy as well and there was even lipstick on the duvet. Went back down and talked to the young man on concierge. He was mortified. Went to see about getting us a new room. Sent me to talk to the duty Manager. Told her how the earlier part of the day went then about the condition of the first room. She did apologize. I think we should have gotten some sort of a discount but we did not. Would not stay here again!"
