"The property is beautiful and impressive. The breakfast buffet was really good and the service was attentive and friendly. The rooms were spacious. Bed is a bit firm and the air conditioning is managed at the front desk. We tried to get ours to go lower than 22 c as the days we were there were extremely hot, but the ac would not adjust and the front desk said that was the minimum and all rooms were set as such. They did bring us a fan which was helpful, but just an fyi if you run hot at...

"Wonderful stay! Absolutely beautiful location with the option to do as much or as little as you want. Lots of bookable activities to do (bike riding, hot air balloon rides, cooking class, wine tasting, etc) or just relax and take in the beauty around you! Felt high end, but within a rural secluded location. Room was very large (family room for 2 adults, 2 children) and nice! Bonus...it had its own very large dedicated outdoor patio space for use! Pool was great for the kids, offered poolside...

"This hotel was very suitable for our 2 night stay. It is fairly modern, the rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating, although the so called restaurant was non-existent during our stay but fortunately we could find dining options nearby. There's also a local supermarket within walking distance of the hotel. I would stay again."

"On the surface, our hotel room looked very modern and fancy, but once you took a closer look, the story was quite different. The carpet was covered in stains, there was mold around the air conditioning vent, and the sofa was practically falling apart. The TV in the room was also incredibly small – I’d guess there are tablets out there that are bigger. The hotel is located in a rather dull area, but if you’re driving an electric car, there’s a wealth of Tesla charging stations out back."

"A relaxing place to stay! The grounds were beautiful and staff was great. I would say that having a car is important if you plan on using this as your home base to explore Tuscany. Breakfast was wonderful and the fact that this is adults only makes the property feel more tranquil than it would be otherwise."

"Fairy tale setting in Tuscany in a refurbished monastery. Very friendly staff. Easy to drive to nearby towns but definitely need a rental car. Wife got a massage and said it was the best one she ever had. Overall fantastic experience and would do it again. "

"The hotel was good value for the price. The room was clean. The hotel is in a good, safe area. The A/C was able to keep up with the 98F temps outside. Check in was easy. The breakfast was very good. Parking is a little tricky but not to bad. The only issues we had with our room was the safe wouldnt work in one room even after they tried to fix it and there was no safe in our second room and the hot water in the shower would increase and decrease on its own.
