We enjoyed the small details—sweet treats in the afternoon, watermelon water, post surf showers. "The Silvestre is a beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located in Guiones, just across from the beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and cute grocery stores. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The rooftop lounge, coffee bar, and pool are a great place to sit back and relax. Definitely deserving of its Michelin rating! They even give you a goodbye gift of delicious local coffee. Angel, Israel, and Paul are a joy to interact with....

"Unsure what makes this an eco retreat aside from the fact they ask you to bring your own water bottle to refill with water they provide and there is no hot water for showers. The property has a lot of potential but it felt maybe slightly neglected. There was a lot of debris on the ground, the kitchen area was really dirty and the room had rusty racks and shower curtains that allowed water to spray out all over the floor. "Great place to stay if planning on seeing arribada at Ostional, we had 4x4 so had no issues driving that last signing with pit holes. Great breakfast! We came after 6pm after normal check in hours but got checked in by staff no issues. Overall will definitely stay here again and recommend!"
