"We received a nice room upgrade, staff was friendly and helpful, the in-room coffee was excellent, laundry was convenient, breakfast and juices were tasty. There was some noise from neighborhood construction that was a bit annoying, which is not in the control of the hotel."

"This property is AMAZING!! Coltin is the best VRBO host I’ve ever had and we travel a lot. Coltin is basically a travel agent. He setup our transportation, excursions, chef, massages etc. the property was exquisite! It was clean, well stocked and a great location. If we go back to Costa Rica, I’ll definitely be looking up his other properties too! We had a group of 26 people and traveling with a group that big can be very stressful but Coltin made it so easy and actually relaxing. "

"This is a beautiful little place. We enjoyed a week here with our 17 month old daughter. The pool is fantastic for little kids. The kitchen was well equipped. My chef husband was able to cook up some great meals in there. We arrived at night and had trouble finding the place. No screen door so we were unable to leave the main door open for fresh air. No BBQPolyester sheets. (not a big deal to some but I like a breathable fabric. especially in a hot climate)Would book again!!"

"The condo was beautiful, clean and functional. It has a great pool, the common areas are clean and the other guests very friendly. The property manager was great, responsive and helpful. You'll need a car to get around as you're about a 12 minute drive to the beach and other amenities, which is no issue. The only down side is that there isn't much greenery around. It doesn't feel like you're necessarily in Costa Rica. If you're looking for the jungle experience, this may not be the place for you. Having said that this is a great option for a clean, safe and modern accommodation."

"This was one of our favourite places in all of Costa Rica to stay and I can't recommend it enough. Coltin is a fabulous host who is very responsive and knowledgeable about the local area but also keeps your privacy. The house is stunning and has the best views for sunset and relaxing and it's super convenient for going anywhere in town when you actually can leave the property though it's hard to do! I can't say enough about this place and don't have anything negative to say, which is rare for me as I leave honest reviews. Enjoy!"
