"This is meant to be a 4 star apart-hotel. The rooms are a decent size however we were never told that the room did not get cleaned every day - it is not in the hotel description (I rechecked just make sure I hadn't missed anything) when we got to the hotel, we were then told that our room would be cleaned once during the stay and to keVe our towels on the floor if we wanted them replaced - which we did and they were. However, the room was not cleaned, in fact the only thing they did was to replace the towels. There wasn't a table wiped, a floor swept, the bathroom and kitchen weren't touched. We had to go back to them to ask them to replenish the toilet paper, shampoo a dvtea bags. They refused to replenish the tea bags - 'they are only provided"

"How this is rated 5 star, I will never know. Rooms are average, food is sub prime. The worst are the staff who are really not friendly and so begrudging to have to help you out."

"Great place to stay in Lanzarote! Spacious and luminous junior suite, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom, nice terrace. Very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here. Really recommended! "

"Everything you need for a great self-catering getaway is here. The property itself is ideally positioned close to Playa Blanca town centre in a quiet, safe, gated complex. The pool is shared by 3 villas but there is plenty room for all. Pascual the owner is always available and very helpful if you have any issues at all. Plus he owns a great bar just across the road with exceptional sea views and a warm welcome. Overall a brilliant holiday home in a safe quiet part of town within walking distance of everything and incredible value for money."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this villa, the last having been in 2015! It was just as we remembered it. The pool and outside area is easily the best bit. It’s a great size pool, comfy and generally a great place to unwind in. The villa was spotlessly clean and also very well equipped for our stay, especially in the kitchen. The area in which the Villa is located is great for the beach and amenities generally. We hired a car so we could go further afield to explore and also access the larger supermarkets. We would happily return and will try not to leave it 11 years before doing so!"

"Everything about this villa is exceptional. The location, the cleanliness, the support from Suzanne (the property manager), and especially the pool and the hot-tub. Having a TV stacked with all of the sport and movie channels was a welcome bonus too! We would definitely come back, and can’t recommend this gorgeous villa highly enough "
