Room was excellent. Beautifully cleaned every day. Breakfast fantastic and plentiful. Pool lovely and great aqua fit fun class ! Bit chilly but soon warmed up. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Waiters / waitresses lovely. Overall a great hotel and would highly recommend.

Room and bed very comfortable Buffet breakfast and dinner good but very crowded, became a bit boring after a while Never a problem getting sun loungers Daily cleaning very good Nightly entertainment good Staff very pleasant Good location near to beach cafes shops but no English TV channels until we met someone who had them and demanded them, who o why could they not be provided when most of the guests were English

A beautiful site that seems particularly well-maintained. We were there on a HB basis and appreciated being able to switch from lunch to dinner at frequent intervals. The suite was excellent as was the pool and dining areas. Personally, I would have liked less music and live singers during the day though this seemed popular with guests generally. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Our 2nd visit to H10 White Suites, the 1st being 7 years ago and so glad that we finally went back. All staff were friendly & efficient, buffet for lunch & dinner had plenty of options, snack bar food was exactly what you’d expect, drinks were plentiful, although the co tails were a bit too sugary for my tastes. We received a room upgrade on arrival to a pool view, which was a lovely surprise. Although not much time spent in the room it did mean we could sit out on the balcony & listen to the evening entertainment when we didn’t fancy watching it live. Would I go again?? Yes!!!

Just returned from a one week stay at the H10 White Suites and we were all so impressed with the hotel. Check-in was great. Staff were so informative. We were also upgraded to a deluxe suite which was lovely surprise. Cava & chocolates were in our room for arrival. Food & beverages were excellent. Plenty of choice at all meals and the all inclusive package included brand name drinks. Cocktails were all made fresh and presented to a high standard. Rooms were spacious and decorated to a high standard. Bedding was very comfortable. Rooms were serviced every day with nice little touches like chocolates left throughout the week. The deluxe room pool was very relaxed, with gentle music playing. There is a small serve service bar area there which is stocked with water, juices & cocktails. Some snacks were also provided. My only one comment on would be that a more relaxing indoor bar would be a plus for evening drinks. The indoor bar was in the lobby and seating wasn't the most comfortable. Overall a great stay & a hotel I would definitely revisit.

First room on the ground floor was not good. The staff were great and changed our room the same day to top floor and presented us with a bottle of Cava. Thank you. Pool, Way too cold for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast, the coffee, tea set up needs some better thought. Adult only and friendly staff with free parking just outside.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The layout of the resort is beautiful. Our suite was very comfortable. The towels were the largest, softest we’ve ever had, the pool towels too. The swimming pools were not warm but perfect in the hot weather. I have been surprised at the poor reviews, everyone we spoke to was as happy as we were. Most poor reviews seem to be regarding the sun beds, either the availability or the comfort. I have no interest in being on a sun bed so cannot comment. The music at the pool was very good. The situation near Dorada beach, is good though there is a a bit of a hill back. The food was good and varied, there was always something for us to enjoy, though many dishes were rather salty for our taste. All in all we had a great holiday at this lovely resort and would recommend.

Nice hotel, never disappointing

Have stayed at this hotel several times and never been disappointed. Within easy reach of the beach, but also centrally located in terms of the commercial end of Playa Blanca and the Marina, which has some nice restaurants.

Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms huge . Areas of wear and tear in rooms. The breakfast buffet was very poor worse one we’ve ever had. Hot food was luke warm. Lunch buffet worse than breakfast buffet . So much so we only used it twice we decided to pay to eat out despite having paid half board. Shame the food seriously lets the hotel down and belonging to such a large chain of hotels this should not be the case
