An exceptional stay - my husband and I could not fault this place - the staff are friendly, the facilities spotless and the location ideal for those who want a quiet holiday, although it’s under 10mins to walk to the seafront.

We came by the property a bit by chance but so glad we did. The room and accommodation was very comfortable and modern. The staff were superb and could not do enough for you and the buffet breakfast had a very wide choice and was fresh and cooked to order each day.

Very clean accommodation staff very helpful excellent food there’s always a sun bed no need to be up early to get one highly recommended Only downside is that there’s a bit of a steep hill to climb but if you’re mobility is good there’s not a problem

Small quiet complex

Small friendly hotel, large clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Main pool area was quite small and a little cramped, but it was acceptable.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic accommodation with a great breakfast. Staff all exceptional - friendly & helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return but would not stay in room 301 - absolutely no outlook & a faulty door entry which was extremely frustrating every time we returned to our room.

Just back from an amazing week at the aqua suites. Hotel is spotless cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff are super friendly. The hotel food is amazing all cooked fresh made to order . The rooms are a good size and you can lay and soak up the sun on your terrace if you wish the pool super clean and it’s of sunbeds as most people do tend you lie at there rooms . Nice quiet area 5 minute walk from the main strip 10/10 would highly recommend you won’t be disappointed!

Highly recommend

Aqua suites is beautiful. We had a fabulous room with a lovely balcony with a pool view. It was large, clean and quiet. Just perfect. There was a good choice at breakfast… but the fried breakfast was a little too greasy for us… but you could order a selection instead. We have to mention Sam who is a fabulous asset to the hotel… always smiling, always helpful and so friendly!

Best customer service ever. We were greeted at the front desk with a bottle of Cava. We got there a little early and they were very attentive and accommodating. The hotel is very clean. 3 pools. 5 minute walk to the beach and main Street with hundreds of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is perfect. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was excellent. This hotel check all the boxes. Outstanding.

The gym equipment is very basic and much of it does not work or is broken. Had to checkout out in the middle of a thunderstorm - got soaking wet. No flexibility to stay in room until storm had passed. Very clean, great breakfasts, lovely location

We loved aqua suites. The breakfast was extremely good and hot food cooked to order. All staff were lovely and particularly the breakfast staff were very friendly. We found there was no shortage of sunbeds around the pool - one day we had a lie in and were first around the pool at 11am. Of note there is no lifeguard before 11am although you can use the pool. The room was clean. The bed a bit soft for me. Towels were changed daily. They say bedding is changed twice weekly but we discovered that is the sheet on the bed and not the rest of the bedding (so duvet and pillow cases) - we asked for a change given we were there for 11 nights and was accommodated. Staff on reception lovely and polite. Called us taxis on several occassions very easily. We noted the entertainment programme of quizzes and bingo wasn't happening as per advertised timetable - it happened on our first day and not after that which wasn't clear why as was still advertised. That didn't overly bother us but its odd to advertise something that wasn't happening - the entertainment lady was there from what we saw.

A genuine warm welcome on arrival from Sebastian at reception and given a lovely, clean apartment. The staff at this hotel all make you feel so valued.. Samantha, Mateus, Victoria and the other restaurant staff are all so friendly and ensure you are well looked after at meal times . Breakfast is both a cold buffet and cooked breakfast of your choice. Selena and Lena welcome you at the pool bar. Every time you pass through the reception to go in and out for the day, you are warmly greeted by either Celia, Sebastian, Amelia or smiling new member Mimi (?) The rooms are spacious and are cleaned every day, with fresh towels daily if you require. Having 2 sunbeds on the balcony is a great bonus as it means the pool area is never full at any time of the day. The hotel is quiet with no large groups which is good as you can just walk down the hill to the main promenade if you want some livelier nightlife. Whilst the hotel itself is very good, it's the staff in this hotel who are the real jewel in its crown, nothing it too much trouble for them. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday
