"Hotel room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Booked the privilege room expecting service to be better, but ran into multiple problems over the course of the stay that the hotel staff were able to work with me on. Just know... 1. There is a rental car site on property, but hours aren't consistent. 2. Cabs can only be requested through concierge from hotel to destination. Then, it's up to you find your own way back. 3. Reservations are 100% necessary and some restaurants are overbooked. 4. Upon check-in, you can start your dining package right away. 5. Luggage assistance is only available at check-in and then you have to carry your own luggage back to reception to check out."

"The location of this hotel is decent and some of the staff are lovely particularly the receptionist and the bar man at night. However the atmosphere is horrible. No music at the pool or at night until half past 10 but the bar shut at 11. No day time activities at the pool either. Actually the pool area during the day is so silent you wouldn’t think anyone was there. The food was absolutely horrendous if you don’t eat fish or pork don’t go! As that’s all that there was every day. The so called ‘heated pool’ was dirty and freezing. Our room was right next to a campsite with skips and campervans and the gate that separated it didn’t lock so anyone would wonder into the hotel at any point. The night activities was live music two nights in a row… was a really disappointing hotel/all inclusive experience "

"Excellent value for money, the food was great & the staff lovely, unfortunately the poolside is not cleaned, the child guests are allowed to run riot & mess is left everywhere, when pointed out to lifeguard & bar staff nothing was done. Needs modernisation, shower was great & only €3 euros to beach by taxi. Restaurant staff wonderful. All inclusive included in room hire! "

"This property is very tired, desperately in need of refurbishment. When it rains the water pours under the back door, creating a big puddle in the middle of yhe lounge area. There are insufficient electrical sockets, especially for the kitchen appliances. No workspace in kitchen as all is taken up with microwave with toaster on top and kettle and coffee perculator at the side. Unable to open both front patio doors as one qas jammed solid. You must always have your key on you as no external handle on the outside making it impossible to get in without key if the door closes in the wind. Appearance of the property overall is very tired, the staff will answer any questions, though that is a very minimal response. Overall customer service skills are limited. The pools are cleaned daily but these too are very old and tired. After a week here there is no way we would stay here again, nor recommend it to anybody. Overall was a very disappointing stay at this property."

"Lovely apartment with everything you would need inside for a short break. Had a few problems finding it. Taxi driver didn’t know and the address didn’t mention that it’s in Virginia Oasis. It’s also hard to find the actual apartment. Not ideal. Also, it’s in a run down residential area so you don’t want to be planning to spend much time there. Could be doing with some sunbeds on patio. It’s excellent value for money though. Apartment itself is well equipped and spotless. "
