Condo with the possibility of a lock off are available for rent as a single complex, offering couples and friends the opportunity to stay together in central Playa's most desirable location, a few steps from the beach and 5th avenue.

Our flexible space offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathrooms and 1 kitchen in a lock off (1 bedroom 2 beds, 1 bathroom) apartment with an amazing view. Furnished with the best local woods, and handmade decorations. You can enjoy the view in the infinity pool in the rooftop, and features bar and a lounge. There is zero tolerance for loud noise after 10pm. Guests are expected to be respectful of the other residents in the condo.

Located in heart of Playa del Carmen, just a few steps from 5ta Av. and the beach, surrounded by the best restaurants. Ideal for entertaining and relaxing in style.

You may have heard about the sargasso seaweed affecting beaches throughout the Caribbean including the Riviera Maya. Many steps are being taken to mitigate the impact on the beaches, including the constant cleaning of beaches and the installation of offshore barriers. The situation changes daily but is getting better. However there are beaches facing all directions in the RM so there is always a perfect beach somewhere. We can help you find it.

The map and description of the location was different from the address given after booking. Many messages to host went unanswered. No one ever answered the phone number given for the host. I never received check in instructions. I walked the area and this place does not exist. Working with VRBO to resolve this and get a refund has been a nightmare. Search this same description on Expedia and you’ll see a similar review of fraud.
