"Greeted with warm welcome by Aaron upon arrival. He & other attendants served us well during our four day stay in Granada. Lofted room was comfortable, cleaned daily and quiet at night. Loved the ambiance and location—easy walk to Alhambra, Sacramente district and Albicin. Close to plaza with shopping and restaurants. Don’t bring heavy luggage to this hotel unless you taxi from parking garage. Great stay, I’d go there again!"

"First night had room 423- very small, not updated and noisy as right next to the lift. The staff kindly moved me the next day and were very helpful. "Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean rooms. Convenient location as we were visiting my mother in the hospital across the road. The only reason I didn’t give 5* is because, sadly my mother passed away while we were there and the hotel wouldn’t refund us for the final night of our stay even though they knew the circumstances. Disgusting attitude. I would have thought compassion would come before anything else in this difficult situation. "

"I stayed for 3 nights and would absolutely return. The aesthetics of the hotel are beautiful and the room quality is amazing. The walls are a bit thin so do be aware. The staff was very helpful and gave us ideas of what to do during our stay. The terrace on the fifth floor was really the highlight of everything since you can see the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. The location was very central and easily walkable to just about anywhere in the city. I can’t wait to visit again! "
