"Listen to the front staff! They gave great advice about walking to lumen field (we were there for a football game), parking, and very helpful overall on accommodating us. Pay for parking at the time of booking. We did not pay for parking at booking and the hotel parking was sold out. The staff told us about the garage up the hill. It was fine but more expensive. Also there is no AC in the fall, winter. They switch out the units to be heaters only. Room was stuffy and hot. They did open the window a bit and gave us a fan, which made the room sufferable. But you could hear noises of the city all night so use the ear plugs! I am a hot sleeper so needed that cool air and fan. Also the hot water went hot to cold then hot to cold throughout the shower. And like most hotels the water pressure sucked. I have long hair so took me forever to wash it and again water was hot (burning) then cold and over and over. No exhaust fan in the shower/restroom was also annoying. All steamy on the mirrors. Lastly the restaurants (cafe and tap room) do NOT give any percentage off for being a hotel guest, as stated on the hotel website. Overall good stay. Enjoyed the free water bottles, makeup wipes and friendly staff the most!"
