"The hotel is 5min walk from Centraal, so perfect for jumping on the trams. There is also a subway entrance steps from the front of the hotel.
The hotel staff were so kind and welcoming. They gave recommendations and were very informative.
The room was huge! It was so clean and smelled fresh not overly scented. The bed is on the harder side but still comfy. The closet space was superior. They do have AC, so perfect option for summer months. "

The stadd was outstanding from the time we checked in with Delina to the lady at the front counter, Siri for the breakfast bar.The location was also fantastic.when you exited through the rear door, you were right on one of the canals. We would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay!! Great location. Beautiful view from our room. Spacious room and felt refreshing to have all that space which is luxury in Europe. Staff was the best part of the hotel. They were kind, happy, and always eager to help. Unfortunately, two days in a row the hotel elevators were not working. The staff tried their best to have the elevators repaired at the earliest. The staff went above and beyond to compensate for this unfortunate event. They were super helpful. To make our stay comfortable they offered free breakfast for that morning. Breakfast was delicious and was a nice spread. We would totally come back to this hotel when we return to Amsterdam. One of the best hotels in Europe! "
