The location on the north end of Lake Como and the short distance to transportation to the rest of the lake is awesome. We had our two daughters with us (19 and 25), the bedrooms were a little tight, but we understood that would be the case when we booked. The check-in process was a bit tedious (first time I've had to send pictures of the water and electric meter before and after a stay). "The staff and food was all great. The location is very good except when it is a weekend with the party people circling the hotel until after midnight. I do remember when I was young so having earplugs does help. I would suggest they take the bright green light off of the phone on the wall as it lights up the whole room. "First, be aware that you need to follow ALL of the signs that say, “Runchee.” Your GPS/Apple Maps/Google maps will NOT take you to the hotel/B&B. Parking is easy. Find the place is not. Breakfast: if your idea of breakfast is bread and butter, coffee and cake, then you’re in business. Don’t expect a real meal. I paid in advance and the lady running the place chased me down to pay for my stay. Mistakes happen."
