Tolle Lage, jedoch ist das Ferienhaus etwas dürftig ausgestattet für Selbstversorger ..es dürfte etwas mehr Geschirr, einen Toaster,evtl. einen Eierkocher und einen Staubsauger für den Sand den man vom baden im See unweigerlich mitbringt ,haben . Wirklich tolle Gegend und einen Urlaub wert. Immer wieder gerne .

I proprietari di casa sono molto disponibili e cordiali all'arrivo ci hanno accolti con sorriso (che non è sempre scontato). La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort e tenuta bene se devo proprio trovare una nota "negativa" il bagno come si evince dalle foto, ma per noi cmq non è stato un probl Per chi come noi cerca la tranquillità la natura e adora passeggiare è il luogo ideale con due bambini e un cane. In estate oltre le passeggiate è possibile praticare sport e noleggiare canoe e surf .

Kurze Wege zum Einkauf und zum See, sehr nette Vermieter, es fehlte allerdings ein wenig an Geschirr. Mückenschutz an den Fenstern wäre super, wir sind fast aufgefressen worden.

Schöne Zeit am See

Wir waren zu zwei unterwegs und haben durch dieses Objekt eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist ein bisschen kleiner. Aber weiter oben gibt es öffentliche Parkplätze die man sehr gut nutzen kann. Die Ausstattung im Ferienhaus hat für uns zwei sehr gut ausgereicht.

Gemütlich, funktionell und super gelegen

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Casa Simoni. Der grosszügige Innenraum ist angenehm kühl und hat einen süssen Balkon mit Sitzplatz und einen schönen Garten um draussen zu sein. Die Einrichtung ist funktionell und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Pfannen und Töpfe brauchen ein kleines Upgrade, ansonsten war alles gut. Sehr freundlicher Empfang...

Gute Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man beim Bäcker, dem Seeufer oder in der Pizzeria. Man hat im Ferienhaus zwei sehr geräumige Schlafzimmer, einen großen Wohn- und Essraum mit gemütlicher Sitzecke und ein großes Bad. Doch an so manchem mangelt es: so gibt es nur 5 Saftgläser, keine Weingläser, nur 2 Eierbecher oder nur 4 kleine Löffel. Auch eine Garderobe oder ein paar Aufhänger für seine Jacken sucht man vergeblich. Zudem finden wir die Badewanne sehr abgenutzt.

Urlaub in Geria Lario am Comer See

Ein geräumiges Haus mit kleinem Garten in Super-Lage, ca. 250m zum Comer See-Strand und zu den Bergen in einer schmalen Gasse direkt am Wanderweg. Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Gera Lario ist ein eher ruhiger Ort mit sehr schöner kleiner Strandpromenade, guten Schwimm-, Wander-,Kite-und Surfbedingungen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Ein Teil der Bilder, die angezeigt werden , entsprechen nicht mehr der Tatsachen. Die Räume sind so in Ordnung, aber es war nicht direkt so gereinigt. Aber jeder empfindet das auch anders. Wir würden das nicht weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus, sauber, komplett ausgestattet, tolle Lage, netter Vermieterauf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert Reisetipps: Schöne, typisch italienische Stadt, wenig Touristen, aber alles da (Restaurant, Bar, Strandbar, Bademöglichkeit) Großes Einkaufszentrum ca. 7 km entfernt.

Alles super!

Super Ausstattung, super Lage, super Preis. Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen Urlaub mit Kindern braucht. Balkon mit Blick auf den See und schönem Garten mitten im Ortskern von Gera Lario, kurze Wege zu Brötchen, Eisdiese und See (ca 200 m). Der See ist an dieser Stelle ideal für kleine Kinder mit einem riesigen flachen Sandstrand, (ca 30 m in den See hinein bleibt das Wasser knöcheltief). Außerdem gibt es schöne Wiesen direkt am See. Und vor allem super nette Vermieter!
