"Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable room. Short walk to the lake in the Paradiso area and abot 15mims easy walk along the lakeside to Lugano centre. The Guest House is a lot better on the inside than it looks on the outside!! We opted to pay for parking space at the guest house €20 euros. Street an meter parking is nightmare in Lugano area but there are several pay parking garages fairly close by. We would stay there again if the xhance arose."

"Fabulous boutique hotel. All the staff were exceedingly courteous and helpful. Rooms have incredible views above Lake Lugano and it wasn’t an issue about not being located in the actual town itself, in fact it was a positive, with the hotel running a courtesy shuttle minibus down to the town and back 3 times daily. Restaurant absolutely wonderful with incredible food and wine choices. Bar offers an alternative more relaxed eating option either inside or outside on the lovely terrace. Would highly recommend."

"Location was good, right by a bus stop and a 10 minute walk up and down to Franklin University. One staff member who was a male at front desk was very friendly everyone else was fair. They advertise self service laundry but it is not available which was very disappointing as that is one feature of why I choose this hotel. Breakfast was ok, it entailed scrambled or boiled eggs, breads, yogurt, and some fruit and cereals. Loved the fresh OJ. Facilities inside are warm with no A/C expect in your room. Amenities are lacking as there was only a small bar soap and a multipurpose shampoo, we almost fell a few times in the shower and there are no mats. Make sure to bring an umbrella as soon it rains often and this hotel did not have loaners. If you like a 70’s 80’s vibe you’ll like the decor. We will be making many trips to Lugano over the next 4 years, probably won’t stay here again."
