The property is lake front! Amazing views, very friendly staff. Only one note…. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors. We were not so lucky to get the quiet ones. Overall excellent stay.

Beautiful hotel with a nice view of Lake Lugano. Great rooms. We were upgraded from a Mountain View room to a beautiful lake view at no cost. Thank you hotel Lido Seegarten. The best breakfast ever, the dining area has a view of the lake. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is modern, it’s located in the heart of the city and short walking distance to Lugano lake. Closed to the hotel there are many designer boutiques (luxury clothing brands), also behind the hotel there is a cable care for going up to the train station. If you are coming to Lugano by train, you just take the cable car for going down the city center. Regarding hotel staff, they are very decency and friendly.
