Located in lovely Mai Khao , 3-5 minutes by walk to number of cafe and shops and 3 minutes drive to the endless Mai Khao beach. The rooms are spacious and very clean, equipped by all you need. "You check in with Golden Touch Massage. There is a serious cockroach problem in the bathroom at night. There was cockroach poop all over the sink, counter and under the mirror. Multiple times throughout the night we saw like four giant cockroaches all over the bathroom. I think they maybe come from the giant hole in the wall under the sink. The sliding glass door doesn’t close all the way leaving a small crack. Throughout the day, various strange chemical/food smells seep in from who knows...

"The place was cleaned and the girls Made our bed daily and changes the linen’s regularly. My husband went to the pool he used the raft and noticed a leak in the seam and he mentioned this Michael. Suddenly this was his fault and he needed to pay for it. Then Michael the owner proceeded to tell us we had to pay for the electricity. What? Never has a rental studio asked for electricity payment. It wasn’t that much but this expense was Not listed on the ad. He tried to be helpful but hard to...

"I’ll start with the great bits, the villa has a wonderful communal balcony which we really enjoyed and the two ladies who looked after us were fantastic and served up some of the best food we had on the trip. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is because there was a strong smell of damp in all the bedrooms (possibly only an issue in the rainy season) and a drainage smell in a couple of the bathrooms.
