"Very clean and most staff was very helpful. If you are a smoker and happen to smoke by an ash tray, LOOK OUT! Security will make up the rules as they see fit and decide where the smoking sections are. Front desk person was like a zombie and when I asked if our room had a view, she said “yeah”… we had a view of the loading dock, and a loud HVAC unit right next to the room. We’ve stayed here for three years in a row now, but this may be the last. Hidden resort fees that pop up after you’re stay as well. Well, maybe not hidden, but doesn’t really sit well after you just spent a few few thousand on it. "

"This is the cutest boho boutique hotel, loved the room, shower was excellent. We had a great time at the pool/hot tub every day. Chef Paul and bartender Brenden were fantastic, we loved the food and super yummy drinks. The vibe here is the best and we will definitely be back. "

"The check-in process is a bit awkward. Have to do it thigh a night window even when it’s not late at night. Rooms are behind a gate, so you have to swipe your card to open the gate. That was not explained at checkin. Wi-Fi password was not mentioned and had to call to get it. Several loud conversations after midnight. I’m not sure how common that is. The rook itself was clean and seems like it was recently renovated."

"The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Our first room was very old and the capet was stained and in terrible condition the screen was hanging off of the slider to the balcony and the security latch to the door fell off. There were phones in the room but they weren’t plugged into anything so I had to drive over to the lobby for help changing rooms. Another issue was the extensive noise from workers and leaf blowers and construction from surrounding properties. It was not a peaceful stay at all!"

"The property was spacious, and my unit was as large as an apartment, so I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great, but the best thing about it is that I went down there to see spring training games, and its location just north of Phoenix meant that I was within a half hour of all of the ball parks! The people running the place were very nice as well!"
