"The hotel was very clean, pool staff were helpful and kind. We had to leave a night early and they would not help us with any refund, so that was a turn off. Especially since I was due an upgrade upon checkin that they also could not accommodate. Expect all on property dining to be $$, Hearth restaurant was good. The golf course was nice and the golf staff were excellent. Pool furniture and lounge areas are dated and should be power washed. There was a commercial being filmed while we were there which was inconvenient— all around I’d say it was inconsistent, which surprised us. "

"This place was pretty run down and not particularly clean. The exterior was especially dirty - the same cigarette butts and broken glass lying around the whole time (3 days) that we were there. Ice maker didn't work. Pool and hot tub did not look clean so we did not end up using them. The person attending the front desk, breakfast bar, etc. was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating despite being responsible for what seemed like multiple jobs. She was the only employee we saw all weekend."

"By the looks of the pictures online, this place was going to be great--it was anything but! It started with an invalid access code so we could not get in the building and things only got worse from there. Our check-in papers told us to use the elevator, but that only served to confuse us because our rental ended up being on the ground floor. It caused a lot of frustration trying to figure out where our unit was with no onsite assistance, all while toting our suitcases along. We were told we had to display a parking pass for the parking garage, it would be located in our room, but alas there was no pass. When we finally made it to our rental unit, we walked in and the smell just about knocked us over. Then I noticed there was no balcony. Looking closer the carpet/rugs were extremely dirty. There was literal splatter marks on the wall in the bathroom that had not been cleaned. All the doors had dirty smudges around the handles as if they had not been wiped/sanitized in a very long time. There was dust and hair build up in the corners, mop boards, and vents. The dryer was broken and there was only 4 towels provided for 4 people for 6 days. There was only 3 coffee cups for the 4 of us. Broken glass in the dishwasher. Dirty utensils. Broken lamp in the bedroom so you had to unplug it to turn it off. Broken window shade in the bedroom and would not go up. Upkeep and cleaning could have made a HUGE difference:( "

"Home was great. Tons of rooms allowed everyone to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Outdoor area was amazing. Awesome location. Will definitely be staying here again if i'm in the area. "
