Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, closet, and private access to the backyard. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a make-up vanity. The third bedroom offers 2 twin size beds, while the fourth bedroom provides 2 twin beds, a make-up vanity, and direct access to the courtyard.

Outdoor living
The backyard is a central highlight with a heated pool (optional), new hot tub, and space to gather. A ping pong table and corn hole game bring friendly competition, while the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area make mealtimes an open-air occasion. Sun loungers and patio seating let you linger outdoors, whether in the afternoon warmth or during quiet evenings. The fully fenced yard offers privacy for your group and plenty of room to relax.

Indoor comforts
Inside, the living area is spacious and welcoming, with seating arranged for gathering and two TVs available for entertainment. High speed wireless internet and an ethernet connection make it easy to stay connected, and a dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot when needed. Board games are included for evenings spent indoors, and both a pack ’n play and high chair are available for younger guests.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics, an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. You will also find a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and hot water kettle, along with dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. A dining table indoors and another outdoors allow you to gather for meals in any setting.

Everyday essentials
Guests have access to a washer and free dryer in the unit, with hangers, bed linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, and other essentials provided. Extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades make the bedrooms more comfortable. Home safety is supported by smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and one security camera at the front door only.

Location and access
The house is single level with no stairs, offering easy access throughout. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Self check-in is simple with a keypad entry, and long term stays are welcomed. Pets are allowed, making it easy to bring along every member of the family.

• Early Check-In: Want to start your vacation early? We offer early check-in for a flat fee of $145, based on availability. Please reach out if you’re interested and we’ll confirm if early access is possible for your stay.
