Great stay
Great hotel, friendly staff, close To shops, bars and amenities. Room was large and comfortable, towels were a little warm off, but otherwise very good stay.

The hotel is very clean and modern looking, I wish they had bigger toiletries, I felt odd asking for more every day. The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly.

The hotel and room was clean, and the views were nice, but the room was really worn. Even a simple coat of paint would help. The bones seem good, but it all definitely needs some love. Staff was okay - they seemed a bit overworked and perhaps underpaid? Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was average and comments from others on the elevator were spot on.

The location is not the most convenient, the room was fine however the property could be better. The staff are unfriendly and provide wrong information that can be critical for a short stay in the city

Me and my kids ,we are staying 4day every employee are very nice and breakfast food is very good. Swimming pool is clean and beautiful view of the city.we are going back to stay again

Nice clean hotel with decent pool.
We had a short stay in Phnonh Penh and the Sim Boutique was well located for local markets and resteraunts. Clean and modern but let down a little by its single lift with capacity for only 8 people. Twice it stopped with only 7 people in it and signalled overweight and none of us were large! Aircon had a mind of its own and struggled to keep the room to a reasonable temperature. Breakfast was okay but staff slow to replenish sometimes, even when asked. Good pool with a great view.

Great!
Hotel itself is great! But the location can be better.... not many places to eat near by. Had to order most of the food. But staff and hotel is excellent.

Bad service and management . Try to push cancel Expedia and pay direct to them. I request to change the room. They told me to cancel with expedia, if not they won't chamge for me. Unbelieveable.

Good, safe hotel

Terrible service, changed our room without notice
We booked a deluxe room and when we got there, was told that the manager had emailed in the morning (he hadn’t) to tell us that the room was under maintenance and so only a lower-grade twin room was available and we would be moved to a sister hotel. A quick Google search showed the hotel had much lower ratings so we did not accept this and stayed in a lower grade room as we didn’t want to risk it, especially as we weren’t even offered an upgrade in the sister hotel. I continually asked for the manager to contact me but he was just unreachable or “too busy”. The lower-grade room itself had things wrong with it such as the safe was broken, there was only 1 bathrobe and 1 pair of 2 right footed slippers..... the whole thing was just ridiculous. Stay away from this place! While it room itself was clean, the service is absolutely shocking.

The staff are extremely kind, attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet was rich with fruit and diverse food. The room was very spacious and nicely designed. The pool was clean on the roof with nice city views. But the hotel seems to have not been maintained well. And not perfectly made. The hotel doesn’t look like in the pictures anymore. The air conditioner was installed on the wall next to the beds. I got serious cold and sick. Maybe I didn’t know to regulate it well. The environment was not proper for a walk due to the motorcycle shops and heavy traffic. The amenities-shampoo and bath gel look very cheap.

Photos look nothing like the actual hotel. Paid for a superior deluxe king room, was a small room with a bed and tv. No bath and no balcony. One elevator in the whole place and it takes SO LONG. Can hear it ding from your room and can hear everything on the street. Lights weren’t working in the bathroom, constantly flickering. Water runs out of the shower and covers the whole bathroom. Power cuts out randomly and the wifi barely works unless you’re on the rooftop. Service is poor, ran out of toilet paper and asked the staff for some (because our room never got cleaned?) waited an hour, went to the front desk and they’re all just standing around the desk. Also quite unsettling when eating in the buffet breakfast area, the staff that just stand there and watch you.

Loved the Sky Bar but it needs some maintenance on the entry steps. I was in 201 and was woken up at 5sh by the sound of the preparation and during breakfast. It was very noisy. Staff made our stay very enjoyable. I felt the whole place could do with a lick of paint.
