"This hotel was fabulous. The building was so neat although a little hard to find. Loved the location right on the river, nice walking path and park. A diamond!"

"Unfortunately, I paid for a hotel here and was left stranded without a code to get into the property. My booking was canceled without written confirmation or heads up until I was physically at the property and had to call a number because there was no front desk staff. I was unable to be refunded or placed in a different hotel. The hurdles and stress to try to remedy this breakdown of communication between the main website and hotel was a souring experience, and I would not recommend. I contacted the third-party hotel several times to understand why their correspondence of canceling my hotel was never notified on the website portal where they posted the listing was never sent at any point. Ultimately, I was still not refunded and the booking was not ever formally "canceled" on the main website. The third-party hotel said that they do not receive messages sent back to them on the hotels.com website, which was confusing because they were still sending me correspondence on the platform about incidental fees, parking options, and check out. I also was messaged to send funds to a CashApp account, which did not seem appropriate for a hotel booking. Beware of booking with this place."

"Maybe skip this one and stay somewhere else. The Keurig was broken, the body wash container was empty, the water from the bathroom sink was extremely low pressure and didn't run warm or hot at all, the door code didn't work (I was only able to get in by unlocking the door through the website) and the location wasn't great. A mile from both northern liberties and downtown and not really near any rail line station. Definitely spend the extra bread and stay elsewhere."

"Communication with the host was very poor. He did not respond in a timely manner, and when issues came up during our stay, we were unable to reach him until the morning of checkout even after multiple attempts to call and message. Check-in itself went smoothly, but once inside, the house was not clean. There were visible signs of poor upkeep, including hair on the floors, and overall it did not feel properly cleaned or prepared for guests. We also ran into major issues with room access. Several bedroom doors were locked and we were not given the codes. When we reached out for help, there was no response, leaving us unable to access one of the rooms for most of the stay. We were later told there were extra keys, but this was only communicated at checkout, which should have been explained at check-in. We were unable to use all the rooms as intended due to missing access information, and had to adjust to only three rooms. Fortunately, one room had an extra bed, but this did not make up for the inconvenience and lack of communication. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor cleanliness, lack of preparation, and unresponsive communication. I would not recommend this stay or book again."
