I wasn’t sure what to expect since the hotel has such mixed reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very nice, plenty of room, clean, free snacks and breakfast. I really liked the industrial look. Front desk people were very nice. Free shuttle to the casino.

Our second stay here in the course of a week and this time wasn’t great. The TV’s in our suite didn’t work and after mentioning this to the front desk which I had to go downstairs to speak with because our phone also didn’t work…no one ever came to fix it although I was told they would! I ended up unplugging and figuring it out for the living room tv. Bedroom tv never worked at all! Besides this tv issue, the hotel is clean, other staff were super nice and helpful! It’s equipped like a home away from home with full kitchens so this past experience won’t keep us away! Me and my partner really love it here! They do have a very small parking lot which is first come first served so be mindful if you plan to be in and out a lot!

Room felt like we werestaying in an apartment, not a hotel. I really liked how it had a full kitchen and somewhere to eat. Felt very clean and up to date. Staff was very friendly. Wish we stayed a little longer so we could enjoy the park outside. Walk to the casino parking is about 5 mins, though there is parking at the hotel you just risk losing your spot if you move your car. Basically across the street from the Fillmore, so perfect location for us. Price point was typical for Philly hotels. I will be staying here again.
