Has a cafe and coffee bar, but coffee bar closed at 11:45 when we were leaving so no coffee for the road. We'll stay again!"

"Slow elevators. Only 1 working. Did not explain the credits or fees very well. The staff was not very well informed. On what credits and fees were required.I had to check with multiple staff members. The valet parking was extremely slow. It took 35 minutes to get a car. When they advertised 20 to 25 minutes. My breakfast order was missed, and I had to resubmit it. The towels were very rough. I would expect softer towels at a luxury hotel"
