Hilton needs to renovate this hotel. The room we stayed in still has the old thermostat! Our room was adjacent to the roof, 3rd floor, and one of our windows did not lock. I discovered this on day two, so I didn’t get much sleep that night! Beds were comfortable but please update this hotel as I wouldn’t return until you do!

The staff were very courteous throughout my stay. Unfortunately, there was a snow storm, and apparently many staff members called out. No housekeeping service; seriously, none. Hotel has aged, and could use a mini rehab. Definitely replace the carpets & mini-frig(luke warm).

I stayed for 1 night. Checking in was easy, the rotating doors to enter were not working, so I had to use the side door. Obviously not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only issue was there was no bodywash left in the shower. I ended up just using the bar soap, but cleaning staff should definitely double check and refill if needed. Parking was a pain because I had to park 2 blocks down in a parking lot. Besides all that, the stay was great and would still return if I was back in the area.
