"I arrived and called the host multiple times and every time they say they will come in few minutes... I waited more than an hour and finally no one came. They just sent me the code to smart lock... I don't understand why they didn't send it from beginning!! The taxi left me because she couldn't wait anymore so I had to drag my luggage up as the room was the last building up the hill!!
