Sai Ruang Waterfall Tours and Activities

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Just beautiful. Aside from the great food, the great pool and the great room. The staff are what really make this place incredible. Jane at the front desk was incredible. She could help you find anything. And always with a smile. Parn at the pool was fun and friendly. As was Pond. And Prang And I wish I could remember everyone else else's names. I would give this place seven stars if that was an option. In the middle of chaos this place is absolutely a sanctuary. Patong Beach is a very busy place. But just stepping back into Nap Patong was a peaceful and awesome experience every time. We only stayed 10 days but next time I would stay at a few weeks. Everything was great!

If you don't like cigarette smoke this is not the place for you. People are smoking all around the pools and public spaces. Rooms were clean but nothing special. Food okay. Access to the beach is very nice! Probably wouldn't recommend this place based on the public smoking. They should have a designated smoking space near the street so other guests don't suffer.
