"The service was superb. They communicated with me before my arrival since we arrived very late and left very early. They have a convenient storage to keep our bags while we trecked to Machu Picchu. They have coffee and hot tea and water in the lobby all day and offer breakfast. The space is very cute with comfortable indoor gardens and sitting areas for relaxing. "

"Our experience was amazing! This was an experience that I have always dreamed about. The guides for the excursions were the best. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. I will never forget all the beautiful sounds that you wake up to in the rainforest. The lodge was very eco friendly and the rooms were very clean. The rooms only have three walls so it is normal to find an insect here and there. I will definitely be returning. "

"The immersion experience was great. Be prepared though to feel hot and full of bug spray much of the time. Wear hiking pants. Not Lulu leggings (too hot). The guides are great and you can do as much or as little as you want. We saw a lot of animals. "

"My first impressions were not good. They contacted us immediately after the reservation about our train arrival time so that they would meet us at the train station to walk us to the property. They did not show up. Finding the place was a little difficult because the name of the property at the site location is New Day Hostal, not New Day Inn.
