A really five star service. The stuff is very helpful in anything you asked them for, late check out, early check in, luggage storage, very clean hotel, quiet and very good location. One of the best stuff I have ever seen. The pool area could have been a little bigger.
We were quarantined in Peru during the CoronaVirus. the hotel and especially the staff were exceptional during this difficult time. thank you for everything we so appreciated all the staff continuing to work.

This was our first time in Peru for a family trip. Great hotel for a family of four. They provide robes and slippers in the room which we appreciate. This hotel is within walking distance of ancient ruins.

When Peru locked down its border for the coronavirus, we were the somewhat unexpected and reluctant guests at the Polo Cusco Suites for two weeks. Hotel was what we needed for a bad situation. They kept us comfortable while we were on Lock Down. The management was professional and compassionate. They gave food and water for people stranded at the airport terminal. Good Job
