"The hotel was very loud and between the people upstairs, the motion light shining in the window every time someone approached, and someone trying to enter my room around 10 pm, I could not sleep. I did not feel safe. We booked 2 rooms but only used one because I felt unsafe being separated. They prepared a box breakfast for us but none of it was edible. There were a lot of bugs in our room as well. Lastly, there are far too many stairs up to the rooms. "

Firstly staff are lovely, and as we arrived on the earlier train into Aguas Calientes they offered us an early check-in, greatly appreciated.
