There was some construction going on in the airport and hotel meticulously arranged another accommodation and also gave a free dinner at their Cusco hotel

Hotel room was OK, but run down. Elevator stopped working. Dog feces tracked in throughout the back stairwell going up 3 floors.

To begin, the bathroom didn't have toilet paper. No problem, anyone can forget that detail. I went to take a shower, and the water pressure was literally a little stream of water. Needless to say, I was there for a while. The staff told me it was because I was on the 4th floor. To make matters worse, one part of the shower was moldy. My room tiles were all scratched and broken. The bed skirt was full of dirt, and there was lint all over my bed. I really hope no one else has to experience that. No one should be charged for a room like this
