Amazing location close to the main plaza. Helpful and welcoming staff. Clean room with great outdoor area and a decent breakfast. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Hotel is very well positioned, staff is very friendly and we could have breakfast very early, before getting the bus to Machu Picchu. The only issue was the quality of the amenities. I've never seen a soap and a shampoo so awful that it'd be better not even using it.
We could not have picked a better location for our stay. Gringo Bill's was just a few steps off the main plaza but away from the crowds and foot traffic. It was very quiet at night. The staff were extremely helpful.
As always, service was excellent, comfortable beds and rooms. Located in a great spot and because is a bit inside the mountain is very silent at night. Love bello the dog’s owner, sweet and friendly.
This is a very dence strage liittle City on the way to Machu Picchu. This little hotel is right in the.middle of and close to everything. The Breakfast was great
They serve very early, in time to start an the hike up the mountain. Great location.
Property was excelent. Room was spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities. Location was convenient to train, bus stations and shops and restaurants. The front desk was extremely kind and accomodating to our requests. Highly recommend this place.
Great, cute hotel with an incredibly comfortable king size bed. Very cozy. The only downside was a terrible sewer smell from the toilet occasionsaly , but that is a common thing in Cusco area, I guess.
Would definitely recommend.
We decided that the word "gringo" in the name of the hotel could indicate European quality service - and we were right! A wonderful buffet for breakfast, friendly staff, fresh towels and cleanliness - a pleasant addition to the good design and location.
Thank you, Bill & team!
This hotel was truly unique! We had a very clean room with a balcony. Breakfast was great and I loved the open air walkways. If you're going to Machu Picchu, definitely stay here!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was close to all the excitement of Aguas Calientes but still quiet. We woke up to no hot water for the shower. Toilet seat was broken as well. Our stay was still pleasant. Just don’t go expecting a five star resort.

Reasonable hotel for visiting Machu Picchu. Pool and small hot tub not usable and no filtered water available but clean, nice room and decent breakfast
